Role Description: High Ticket Sales Specialist

Employment type: Independent Contract/ Commission based (to start)

Location: Hybrid (WFH acceptable except for client or staff meetings)

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from warm lead to close.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and match them with the right program.
• Confidently present the value and ROI of our coaching and advocacy services.
• Consistently follow up, track leads, and close sales against weekly/monthly goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Ticket Sales and Sales process
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of coaching and advocacy sectors a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- or comparable life experience
